Our warehouses are closed on all federal holidays including July 3rd & New Year's Eve. Orders placed on any of these days will ship the following three business day.

ZIGJOY ships standard shipments using “Best Way” toward your destination. This included USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL carriers.

ZIGJOY is confined by the guarantees of these carriers for their service.

We can not guarantee on-time delivery of standard shipments. Although most standard shipments arrive on time as planned, occasionally, shipments may be delayed or may be lost by the carrier. At this time, Nested Bean cannot provide insurance on the shipped orders or on-time assurance to its customers.

Lost, Stolen Orders.
We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a carrier claim in the event of loss or theft. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the carrier about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the carrier, your local authorities, and the insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

ZIGJOY utilizes Passport Shipping for all our international shipments.

Passport Priority Shipping is an all-encompassing fully tracked, duties-paid option for all international shipments.

During the checkout process when placing an order, you will receive a detailed breakdown consisting of the expected delivery timeframe, shipping costs, tax costs, and duties.

These costs and fees will be shown on your order total and are out of ZIGHOY's control. Once placed you will receive door-to-door tracking information, proactive notifications, and delivery confirmation.

All orders placed on Ships from China
Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and for other remote areas, please contact us in advance may take longerand pay additional logistics costs.

Your order is received by our fulfillment centers as soon as you receive an order confirmation and an order id. You can use this order id to track your order, so we recommend that you retain it for your records.

We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within three business day. Due to the fast turnaround, once an order is placed, you have only one day to cancel your order. Please check the Order Confirmation email and click on 'Edit your order'. After one day of placing the order, we can not guarantee any modification but we will try our best to accommodate any request if possible. Our order confirmation process is designed for you to review the order prior to confirming it. Review your order carefully and check for spelling in all shipping fields before selecting to confirm your order
